Family Place Libraries™ is a network of children's librarians nationwide who believe that literacy begins at birth, and that libraries can help build healthy communities by nourishing healthy families. The Family Place Libraries network currently includes more than 400 sites in 27 states and continues to grow.

 
Spotlight: Family Place at Arapahoe Libraries

The Arapahoe Libraries in Centennial, Colorado began implementing Family Place in 2012 and now operate Family Place sites at the Koelbel, Smoky Hill and Sheridan libraries. Serving a diverse population of 250,000 people, Arapahoe Libraries has seen a tremendous benefit from the Family Place designation at the aforementioned libraries.Read More...
